Born in Artvin in 1995, Işılay completed his high school education at Atakent Anatolian High School in Izmir and his bachelor's degree at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Architecture. Işılay graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in 2020 and started working part-time at Izmir Architecture Office and Architecture in March 2021.
