Merih Feza Yıldırım, one of the partners of the Not Architects Bureau, completed his high school education at Artvin Anatolian High School and his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Architecture in Izmir. He started his career as an assistant architect at Önderoğlu Architecture during his student years. After graduation, he worked as a project manager at TH&Idil Izmir Architectural Bureau. During his student and professional life, he won more than 10 awards in competitions that he entered. He worked as a part-time studio manager at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Architecture. He served as a member of the jury at various competitions. He worked in various organs of the Izmir Branch of the Chamber of Architects. since 2008, he has been continuing his architectural life in Izmir at Not Mimarlık Bürosu, of which he is a founding partner.
