Born in Izmir in 1999, Neslican Özçelik completed her high school education at Karşıyaka Anatolian High School. She then earned her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Yaşar University, Faculty of Architecture, graduating in 2021. Since then, she has participated in competitions and gained experience in design offices at various architectural firms and construction sites. She has been working at Not Mimarlık since February 2026.
