The building, which faces the highway leading to the peninsula axis, one of the busiest axis of İzmir, was designed to bring a different perspective to the Highways structures. One of the main goals is to design an interesting and intriguing building, rather than a cold and formal one. The fact that the existing used building will remain in operation until the new building is completed has been effective in the location selection criteria of the new building. By interpreting the relatively uniform requirement program of the building, the monotony in the requirement program has gained a difference in mass.
