First of all, the deficiencies and problems of the island road were determined. The proposed project aims to eliminate these shortcomings and problems and to make the road to Quarantine Island a comfortable and safe place for pedestrians, vehicles and cyclists. Preserving, promoting and taking reference from the historical island road, which has witnessed history together with its surroundings; Our main effort is to improve the road that connects to the island in the current situation and put it into use safely. Our suggestion is to increase the protection of the road by adding precast building elements on the existing road, which has become vulnerable to waves and sea rise. Thus, the road will be safer against waves and sea level rises. The lack and weakness of infrastructure creates a great danger for the road and also creates visual pollution. By dissolving the infrastructure elements under the road fill, both the safety of the lines and pipes will be ensured and the visual pollution on the road will be eliminated.
