Developed on an area of ​​50.000 m², this mixed project was designed with a new plan proposal by re-analyzing the area. The project, which has different uses such as commercial units, residences, on-site residences, on-street residences, also includes a health facility. The project, which has a construction area of ​​80,000 m², includes social facilities and parking lots.
